Each tenant must separately fill out and submit the form. Guarantors must also fill out and submit the form.

FOREIGN TENANTS 

1.) Completed application
2.) Completed credit authorization form
3.) Employment letter stating salary and employment term
4.) Two forms of income verification
       A.) First two pages of your most recent tax return
       B.) Three most recent pay stubs
       C.) Accountant letter stating your income for the two most recent years
5.) Letter from past landlord (if applicable)
6.) Most recent checking/saving statement
7.) Copy of photo ID

STUDENTS- please provide copy of class schedule

LANDLORDS ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO ACCEPT ADDITIONAL RENT OR SECURITY AT SIGNING IN PLACE OF MISSING PAPERWORK OR LOW CREDIT DUE TO THE
Housing Stability & Tenant Protection Act of 2019

Tenants will generally be expected to earn 40x the monthly rent (ex. for an apartment renting for $2,000/mo, a tenant will need to show income of $80,000+)

Guarantors will generally be expected to earn 80x the monthly rent (ex. for an apartment renting for $2,000/mo, a guarantor will need to show income of $160,000+)
